Our online job tracking system delivers real-time information on the status of your jobs direct to your computer.

When you book your job (either online or via phone) with Bring Couriers, it is passed directly into our state of the art Predator transport management system, and the job is immediately visible in your tracking console. As soon as your job is despatched (allocated) to a driver, or the driver indicates (via their in-car data terminals) that your job has been picked up or delivered, this information is displayed within our tracking consoles.

By using the online job tracking system you now have access to the same leading edge technology and up to date information that allows our operators to monitor the progress of your jobs.

The following list shows the various job status types that are reported via our tracking consoles:

• BOOKED: Your job has been received by Bring Couriers
• ALLOCATED: Your job has been given to a driver, but has not yet been picked up
• PICKED UP: Your job has been picked up, and is in progress
• DELIVERED: Your job has been delivered
• RETURNED: Your job was booked as requiring a return to the pickup address, and this has now been done
• CANCELLED: You have cancelled this job

At Bring Couriers we provide two different tracking consoles. Registered users get access to our summary and full tracking consoles providing up to the minute status on all your jobs for the current day.

Above is an example of our summary tracking console , and our fully tracking console is illustrated here (right).

Either tracking console can be activated by clicking on the SUMMARY TRACKING or FULL TRACKING links once a registered user signs into the Bring Couriers web site. The selected tracking console will open in a separate browser window. The tracking consoles has been designed so that you can leave it open and check the status of your jobs while continuing with other work on your computer.
