Q. What happens to my job once I input the details?

Your job details appear on our live operations screen. One of our team of despatchers will assign it to the driver who is best located, and has the appropriate vehicle type to complete your request.

Q. What happens if the Internet connection is down?

If the connection goes down after your job booking has been accepted, the job will proceed to delivery in the normal way. Unfortunately you would not be able to track your job until the Internet connection is re-established. If you have a query on your job when the connection is down you would need to ring us on 9328 9933.

Q. How do I keep the full tracking console open when I leave the site?

If you sign-out the system will automatically close the tracking window as well. To keep it open, don''t sign-out - you may still close the main browser page or visit other sites.

Q. Can I change the details of my booking?

Jobs can be cancelled (via the full tracking console) and re-booked if required prior to allocation to one of our drivers. If details need to be changed after allocation ring us on 9328 9933 and we can contact the driver.

Q. Are my booking details secure? Can anyone else access them?

Yes your details are completely secure. Only our professional team of operators can acceess your details, and the job is sent via an computer signal to the driver assigned to your delivery.

Yes, if you are signed in you can review search and sort full details of old jobs by clicking on Previous Bookings.
